It's really easy! Just grab a garden hose or bucket and fill the ice barrel with water. Once the ice barrel is about 80% full, the ice barrel is ready!
Can I place the ice barrel outdoors?
Yes! The Easy ice barrel is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. Even in winter temperatures below zero, ice bathing with the Easy ice barrel is no problem. Of course, in this case you do need to take care of the ice to prevent the Easy ice barrel from freezing completely. Otherwise, it can be used in sub-zero temperatures without any problems.
How long or difficult is the installation?
Setting up the new Easy ice barrel is child's play and only takes about 5-10 minutes. Simply open the ice barrel, set up the integrated walls and place them securely - and your ice bath is ready! All you need is a stable surface on which the ice barrel can stand.

How is the water kept cold?
The Easy ice barrel has heat-insulating TPE layers and a thermal lid to extend the time at cold water temperature.
To maximize the passive cooling effect overnight, we recommend placing the ice barrel outdoors in the shade and adding our Ice Blocks if needed.
