You can return any unopened products within 14 days of receipt.

Items returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will purchase the new item separately. Please contact us in advance by email to info@eisfass.de

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by you.

Damage and problems
If you have a problem with a product or if the products you received are damaged/defective, contact us.

Follow the instructions in the "How to make a return" section below and send us a photo of the products that are not OK.
